HR Internship

Vroutes is hiring for the role of HR Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Help in exit formalities, including documentation and clearance processes.
  • Maintain HR records and databases with accuracy.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
  • Handle daily HR operations, including emails, documentation, and coordination with teams.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.
