Vroutes is hiring for the role of HR Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
- Help in exit formalities, including documentation and clearance processes.
- Maintain HR records and databases with accuracy.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
- Handle daily HR operations, including emails, documentation, and coordination with teams.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.
