Front Desk Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Greet walk-in customers and handle front desk operations
  • Attend phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
  • Share basic information about travel packages, visas, and services
  • Coordinate with sales & operations team
  • Maintain visitor records and daily reports
  • Handle appointments and follow-ups
  • Keep the reception area presentable

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web)
  • Pleasant personality & customer-handling skills
  • Experience in travel agency or service industry is a plus (not mandatory)
