Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and handle front desk operations
- Attend phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Share basic information about travel packages, visas, and services
- Coordinate with sales & operations team
- Maintain visitor records and daily reports
- Handle appointments and follow-ups
- Keep the reception area presentable
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web)
- Pleasant personality & customer-handling skills
- Experience in travel agency or service industry is a plus (not mandatory)
