Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Feature Development: Assist in building, testing, and deploying frontend and backend features under the guidance of senior developers.
- Code Maintenance: Write clean, documented, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews to learn best practices.
- Bug Fixing & Support: Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Learning & Development: Actively learn the company’s tech stack, development workflows, and tools (Git, deployment processes).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team on sprint tasks, daily stand-ups, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable coding ability (e.g., bootcamp certification, strong portfolio).
- Understanding of core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Basic understanding of at least one backend language (PHP, Python, or JavaScript/Node.js).
- Familiarity with database concepts and basic SQL.
