- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews)
- Post job openings on job portals & social media platforms
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Maintain HR records, databases & trackers
- Support onboarding & documentation process
- Assist in HR operations and employee engagement activities
