Responsibilities:
- Receive and follow up on qualified leads from the Marketing team
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions
- Focus on product pitching, value proposition, and solution-based selling
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize orders as per company policies
- Prepare and submit detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
- Ensure proposals align with customer expectations and company capabilities
- Collaborate with Projects, Production, and Service teams for smooth execution of orders
- Monitor project progress and maintain client communication throughout the delivery cycle
- Collect and share customer feedback with R&D and Software teams for product improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to support innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation) or Business Administration
- 0 to 2 years of relevant hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of automation products such as PLCs, HMIs, Drives, Sensors, and SCADA
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
