Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and follow up on qualified leads from the Marketing team
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions
  • Focus on product pitching, value proposition, and solution-based selling
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize orders as per company policies
  • Prepare and submit detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
  • Ensure proposals align with customer expectations and company capabilities
  • Collaborate with Projects, Production, and Service teams for smooth execution of orders
  • Monitor project progress and maintain client communication throughout the delivery cycle
  • Collect and share customer feedback with R&D and Software teams for product improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to support innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation) or Business Administration
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant hands-on experience
  • Strong understanding of automation products such as PLCs, HMIs, Drives, Sensors, and SCADA
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
