Business Development Executive

Roles:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including off-plan and resale properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or portfolio management in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of Noida real estate market, trends, and regulations.
