Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, and structured follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and pitch aviation training and services
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales (education/training/services preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
