Business Development Executive

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, and structured follow-ups
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch aviation training and services
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales (education/training/services preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
