IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day ERP client issues
  • Provide remote support (call, email, chat, tickets)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Manage and update support tickets efficiently
  • Ensure timely issue closure and client satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams

Required Skills:

  • ERP / Technical Support knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Accounting & SQL
