Accounts Executive

Summary: 

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This includes bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The role ensures compliance with financial regulations and supports the management in making informed financial decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Record Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and invoices.
  • Process payments, receipts, and journal entries in accounting software.

Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely settlement of payments to vendors and receipts from clients.

Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

Audit Support:

  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and reports.

Coordination:

  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and financial institutions for financial transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments for accurate financial reporting.
