Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software for end-users.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to systems and applications.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and user guides.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to support broader IT initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service to end-users.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Solid understanding of Computer Networking principles and troubleshooting.
