Responsibilities:
- Onsite / Online ERP implementation (in-depth training will be provided)
- Deliver software training to clients
- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including:
- ERP/CRM Kick-off
- Business Requirement Gathering
- Solution Design
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Project Handover
- Attend customer meetings to understand requirements and use cases
- Propose simple, effective, and scalable solutions
- Prioritize tasks to meet implementation timelines
- Drive projects using business, project, and technical skills
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks within timelines
- Act as the primary point of contact during implementation
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations efficiently
- Provide go-live and post-implementation support
- Travel across Delhi NCR for ERP/CRM implementations as required
Requirements:
- B.Tech / BCA (Freshers are also welcomed with some internship experience) with a technical background
- Minimum 50% marks in Graduation / Post-Graduation
- Fast learner with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone handling and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of ERP / SaaS
