Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive landing pages using HTML/CSS.
- Create high-quality website banners, graphics, and visual elements
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to implement web designs
- Maintain design consistency across all web platforms and digital campaigns
- Optimize web designs for speed, responsiveness, and SEO
- Stay up to date with design trends and UI/UX best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- Experience designing landing pages for web and marketing campaigns
- Ability to create engaging web banners and promotional graphics
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
- Basic knowledge of web performance optimization and browser compatibility
- Good eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Nice to Have:
- Basic React, JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates located in Delhi/NCR are preferred
- Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
- Portfolio of past web design work is required
