Role Overview:

  • Growth Collective (GC) is a leadership development and coaching company working with founders, leaders, and teams
  • Focuses on building psychological safety, influence, alignment, and leadership capability
  • The role combines social media design and graphic design with a strong emphasis on content-led, thoughtful visuals
  • Primary platforms: Instagram and LinkedIn

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including carousels, static posts, banners, and simple animations
  • Translate leadership frameworks, coaching insights, and content drafts into clear and visually compelling designs
  • Create brand and learning assets such as workshop materials, worksheets, templates, session artefacts, and PDFs
  • Support social media execution by resizing, exporting, and organizing design assets
  • Ensure visual consistency across social media, brand materials, and learning content
  • Collaborate closely with founders and content teams to shape visual narratives
  • Experiment with layouts, typography, and visual trends while aligning with GC’s brand identity

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or social media design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media and brand design work
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment
  • Open to feedback and iterative creative processes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing LinkedIn carousels
  • Basic motion graphics or simple animation skills
  • Interest in leadership, learning, or content-led brands
