Human Resource Internship

Zuntra Digital Private Limited is hiring for the role of Human Resource Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with applicants.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and intern trackers to ensure accurate and timely HR records.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires and interns, including coordinating welcome kits, policy explanations, and introductory sessions.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives such as weekly activities, team-building sessions, and surveys.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping, including contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and internship agreements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related queries and provide administrative support where needed.
  • Assist in preparing weekly HR reports and performance summaries for review.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices, labor policies, and employee experience trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in Human Resources, organizational behavior, or business administration.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools (especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus (internships, campus roles, etc.).
