Zuntra Digital Private Limited is hiring for the role of Human Resource Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with applicants.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and intern trackers to ensure accurate and timely HR records.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires and interns, including coordinating welcome kits, policy explanations, and introductory sessions.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives such as weekly activities, team-building sessions, and surveys.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping, including contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and internship agreements.
- Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related queries and provide administrative support where needed.
- Assist in preparing weekly HR reports and performance summaries for review.
- Stay updated with HR best practices, labor policies, and employee experience trends.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in Human Resources, organizational behavior, or business administration.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools (especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus (internships, campus roles, etc.).
