Human Resources Internship

Parspec is hiring for the role of Human Resources Internship!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Initiate and monitor candidate assessments in collaboration with the hiring team
  • Track assessment timelines and ensure timely completion
  • Send reminders and follow-up communications to candidates regarding assessments
  • Collect, organize, and maintain assessment results for further evaluation
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Send interview invitations and confirmations promptly
  • Manage calendar logistics and handle rescheduling requests efficiently
  • Maintain a centralized and up-to-date interview calendar
  • Provide regular status updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Respond professionally and promptly to candidate queries and concerns
  • Communicate interview feedback and next steps to candidates
  • Uphold high standards of professional and timely communication
  • Prepare bi-weekly hiring updates for internal stakeholders
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics and progress towards hiring goals
  • Document candidate journey stages accurately
  • Identify and highlight any blockers or escalations in the hiring process

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication
