Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and specific job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the tech industry landscape.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
