Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and specific job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in talent acquisition.
  • Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the tech industry landscape.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
