Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day ERP client issues
- Provide remote support (call, email, chat, tickets)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Manage and update support tickets efficiently
- Ensure timely issue closure and client satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams
Required Skills:
- ERP / Technical Support knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Accounting & SQL
