Junior Recruiter

Role Overview:

  • Looking for a motivated and high-energy Junior Recruiter to join the growing talent acquisition team

  • The role focuses on sourcing talent and ensuring a smooth initial candidate experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates using job boards, and internal databases for multiple open roles
  • Conducting high-volume initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications, cultural fit, and interest
  • Managing and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and first point of contact, ensuring a professional candidate experience

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ months of professional experience in high-volume sourcing and cold calling (agency or corporate)
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting KPIs
