Role Overview:
- Looking for a motivated and high-energy Junior Recruiter to join the growing talent acquisition team

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, and internal databases for multiple open roles
- Conducting high-volume initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications, cultural fit, and interest
- Managing and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Acting as a brand ambassador and first point of contact, ensuring a professional candidate experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3+ months of professional experience in high-volume sourcing and cold calling (agency or corporate)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting KPIs
