Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centric UI/UX for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products
- Translate business requirements into effective design solutions
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
