Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Translate complex user requirements into intuitive and elegant interface designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize user flows and interactions for enhanced user experience and engagement.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, articulating design decisions clearly.
- Ensure designs are accessible and adhere to industry standards.
- Contribute to a user-centered design culture within the organization.
Requirements:
1. Available to join full time from office.
2. Ready to work in fast paced startup enviornment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Framer for creating interactive prototypes and final designs.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into compelling and effective design solutions.
